availability
|
If one server fails another server immediately and automatically takes over. During this period no data or email is lost.
Data is stored separately from the servers in two large network disk arrays. Each array is a mirror of another. If one array falls, another one automatically picks up without any downtimes.

backup
|
Apart from RAID and mirror arrays data is automatically backed up on the everyday basis. Backup is stored in the different physical location.

We are using Cisco Systems equipment and all our network is built from the CAT6 cable and operating at Gigabit Ethernet speed (1000 Mbps).

platform

We are using Windows and Linux software which are configured to be continually up to date with the latest release of the operating system. All security patches and updates are also installed automatically.

connectivity
|
We have multiple connections to the Internet with different providers. In case one connection fail other connections automatically take all the traffic. This means that we are very unlikely to lose connectivity to the Internet.
Apart from uninterrupted connectivity our servers choose from a range of paths to deliver data request to its final destination via fastest available route.
